Meet the Founder | Angelica Monice

Formerly a Gymnastics, Cheer, and Dance Coach and Assistant Gym Director, Angelica has always been drawn to roles that involve serving, guiding, and empowering others. Now, as an Entrepreneur and the Founder of the Flow and Harmony Sisters Circle, she continues to passionately serve, guide, and empower others on their journeys. 

Driven by her belief in unity and authenticity, Angelica sees herself first and foremost as a Believer in Christ, God's Daughter, guided by faith in her journey. 

Her mission is to connect and uplift women, helping them achieve harmony and flow in their lives. Angelica  is deeply passionate about working with youth, fostering their growth and encouraging them to embrace their true selves. Through her work, she creates spaces where women and young people can come together, support one another, and celebrate their authentic identities. Angelica is not just a business owner or entrepreneur; she is a beacon of light, dedicated to spreading positivity and love wherever she goes. Under her leadership, women and youth find strength in their unity and inspiration in their authenticity.
