Meet the Founder | Angelica Monice

Angelica is the Founder of Flow & Harmony Sisters Circle, a heart-centered community rooted in connection, growth, and intentional living. Her mission is to create spaces where women are supported, seen, and encouraged to cultivate harmony, flow, and confidence in every season of life.

Deeply committed to service and empowerment, Angelica is equally passionate about working with youth—guiding them to embrace their authentic selves, build self-trust, and grow with intention. Through thoughtfully curated events, conversations, and experiences, she brings women and young people together in environments that foster unity, encouragement, and genuine connection.

With a background in coaching gymnastics, cheer, and dance, as well as serving as an Assistant Gym Director, Angelica has always been drawn to leadership roles centered on mentorship, movement, and personal development. Today, as an entrepreneur and community builder, she continues to lead with purpose—blending compassion, structure, and vision to uplift others.
